Burning fat is easy and simple but remember the amount of fat in your body can either be increased or decreased, so spend your day more burning rather than storing it.
I would like to share with you some information which I found easy to implement and will cost you nothing. And by implementing few changes in your life you will see the difference yourself in few weeks.
Eat Natural and read labels
Reasons Why You’re Not Losing Belly Fat – Avoid junk foods, processed foods such as refined grain (white bread), chips and foods with high-fructose corn syrup. Avoid sugar-sweetened beverages, preserved fruit juices, different sports drinks, as well as coffees and teas with sugar added to them. Cut the carbs from your diet it will actually helps you to lose weight, by doing so you will automatically limit your appetite.
GO NATURAL – Natural foods such as vegetables, fruits and whole grain will help prevent fat in your body.
Increase protein and fiber rich foods intake
Fiber will not only prevents fat but it is said that an additional 14 grams of fiber daily will also help in additional 10% decrease in calories and 2 kg of weight loss in an average period of four months. Plant foods like vegetable, fruits and cereal like oat contains good amount of fiber.
Increase your intake of protein as 20% to 30% of calories are burned in digestion. By just increasing the intake you will limit your craving by 60%. Adding protein in your diet, in my opinion is the most effective change which will help in burning the fat.
Yoga, aerobic or weight lifting whatever you prefer. I would recommend to exercise at least 3 to 4 times a week as there are many health benefits of exercise. Exercise will not only helps you in getting rid of bulges but will also helps you to live a longer and a healthy life.
Exercise will also prevent blood sugar levels, inflammation and all the other metabolic abnormalities that are allied with central obesity.
